Unable to find the answer?  Follow these steps:

1. Check the Sporty knowledge base at https://support.sportsground.com.
2. Ask SportyAI – either visit www.sporty.co.nz/ai or click the ‘?’ question mark help button at the bottom right of your screen when logged in to Sporty.
3. Ask your Federation contact. Your Federation can also guide you on issues/questions that relate to policy rather than the platform.

​​​​​​​If you've followed the steps above and are still unable to resolve the issue, email Sporty Helpdesk at support@sportsground.com. You'll automatically receive a Support Ticket Number and should get a human response within 2 business days​​​​​​​.
