If you use Xero for accounting, you are able to integrate online payments set-up in Sporty to your account as we are now an official application partner with Xero. ​​​​​​This allows Sporty to automatically raise draft invoices in Xero. It's a one-off set up of $95 + GST to enable this feature.

Integration with Xero makes the following possible:

1. Creation of contacts in Xero. When a person registers online via Sporty, a customer account (“Contact”) is automatically created for that person in Xero.
2. Creation of draft invoices. When a person registers via Sporty, they can select items to pay for (such as subs or products) and a draft invoice is automatically created in Xero. 
3. Items marked as paid. When a person pays online as part of the registration process, the invoice can be marked as Paid automatically in Xero.  Conversely, marking an invoice as paid in Xero updates the Sporty balance paid to show payment received.

Sport$Pay - Online payments

Pay online by automated direct debit thanks to Sport$pay. Payments are automatically shown against each person's record, saving hours of work compared to manual reconciliations.

Most online payment services charge several different fees, however we have removed the confusion of unknown fees and only charge a simple flat rate of 4.35% + GST (5% incl GST) of the transaction value. No setup fees, no monthly merchant fees, no flag fall fees, no Gateway fees and Visa/MasterCard fees included.
